STATUS OF EXCESS PROCEEDS:

The Carson City Treasurer's Office currently has no excess proceeds in its custody.  On Friday, 3/8/24, the Carson City Treasurer's Office paid the only claim it had pending for any excess proceeds remaining in its custody.  Should the Carson City Treasurer's Office have a tax deed sale in April of 2025, and receive any excess proceeds as a result of the sale of any properties delinquent for the payment of property taxes, the Carson City Treasurer's Office will update this website with the details of these excess proceeds.
